Terms of Use

By downloading or using KLOCK-IN, you agree to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) as well as the additional terms below.

Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Billing

KLOCK-IN Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with two options:

  • KLOCK-IN Pro Monthly — billed every 1 month at the price shown on the in-app subscription screen at the time of purchase.
  • KLOCK-IN Pro Annual — billed every 12 months at the price shown on the in-app subscription screen at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you paid initially, unless the price has changed and you have agreed to the new price.

Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation & Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings:

  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  • Select KLOCK-IN and choose Cancel Subscription.

You can also manage subscriptions from the App Store: tap your profile photo, then tap "Subscriptions". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the unused portion.

Use of the Application

KLOCK-IN is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. The workouts, timers, and AI-generated guidance are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated server data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLOCK-IN and the Service Provider are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Application. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.
